My name is Thomas de Rego, I am a Game Designer at Compulsion Games.

I have always been passionate about crafting experiences. I have been pursuing creative endeavors my whole life, and Game Design represented for me the confluence of my passions.

Being a good designer is for me being a great listener first. I believe good designers have no ego, and that quality allows them to recognize good ideas no matter their origin and stay open to feedback. Above all else, I see design as a deeply empathetic process: I am crafting an experience for others to enjoy.

This is an endless journey in which I keep learning, and I enjoy every minute of it.
